How it works
- We look at your current site and measure what we can: Google PageSpeed mobile score, whether it uses HTTPS, and the copyright year in the footer.
- We build a private preview from the public text on your site, clearly marked as a demo.
- You tell us if you want it. Request changes by email (two rounds are included).
- You pay by card, then we launch it on your own domain within 5 working days of payment and content sign-off.

Do I pay for the preview?
No. The preview is free. You pay only if you want the site live.
Who owns the site and domain?
You keep your domain. The site files pass to you once you have paid in full.
Are you a person or a company?
FirstLook Sites is an AI-assisted studio. We work only by email, so there are no calls, meetings or site visits.
How long does it take?
5 working days after payment and your content sign-off.
What if I do not want the care plan?
It is optional. Without it we hand over the site and you host it yourself or ask us for help, and we will quote any work first (extra pages are £60 each).
What happens to the preview?
It is private, not indexed by search engines, marked as a demo, and deleted after 14 days or sooner if you ask.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, in set cases: a full refund before work starts, 75% before the first draft, and a full refund if we cannot deliver. Every refund is approved by the proprietor. See our refund policy and terms.
Is this for sole traders or private individuals?
No. Our service is for businesses, and we only email limited companies, LLPs and PLCs at their published business addresses.
